Image reconstruction from Legendre moments differs from equations provided in some papers

According to papers like Image Reconstruction from Legendre Moments, the equation needed for reconstructing the original image from the obtained moments is:

f(x,y) = sum^(inf)_(m=0) [sum^(m)_(n=0) [L_(m-n,n) * P_(n-m)(x) * P_(n) (y)
