Sentence Order

This paragraph in the introduction seems rather awkward:

Le Havre was once synonymous with urban coldness and grayness. The city is spoken of now as the Brasilia of France. Le Havre's home port code is LH. The city's inhabitants have done much to change this, and it has been marked by improvement since then.

I doubt any Harvais every really cared about their "home port code." They would probably be more interested in being pereiced as less cold and gray. Also, I think we need to clarify the Brasilia reference.

Deleted paragraph

I've removed this paragraph from the intro for now:

The city was also dubbed the Porte Océane, or Gateway to the Ocean. Architecturally, this image has been revived in the reconstrusted city through the "gateway" that forms the frame at either end of Fochs Avenue, which meets the seafront.

Why was the port of Le Havre not considered as a probable

I'm confused: the blazon says 3 fleur-de-lis (fr-wiki: trois fleurs de lys d'or), the image has two. Or does it mean that the place of the thirs one is taken by the corner lion? East of Borschov 14:57, 3 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What about some history?

I came here to read up on the earliest settlements, name origin, etc. Nothing.
