Evaluation of this article

[edit]

This article provides useful information on LGBT in Tokyo. However, not all of the information was given a citation which is important in writing an article. The sources that are used in the article are neutral because they are unbiased and merely state facts. The viewpoints in this article are underrepresented because there is not enough information on LGBT in Toyko. One thing I would improve about this article would be adding more information about the LGBT community in Tokyo and provide concrete examples.

Merge discussion

[edit]
Resolved

Hello. I saw that Haberax recently created the article LGBT Culture in Tokyo. Although it looks like there is some good content on that page, the article LGBT culture in Tokyo had already been in existence for a little over five years; it appears the new page was able to be created simply because the word "Culture" was capitalized. I think the newly-created page was 100% a good faith move on Haberax's part, and I think there is a lot of content there that should be preserved, but it should be merged into the already-existing LGBT culture in Tokyo article, and once the content is merged over, the new page should be changed to a redirect. This seems like a no-brainer to me but posting it here for discussion just in case any is necessary. Also pinging WhisperToMe for any feedback he has since he created the original page. (I could mention this on the relevant WikiProject pages too, if necessary.) — Hunter Kahn

Unfortunately, there was very little there that was unique; older version or alternative translation? The only substantial new material sees to be in the Media section.   checkY Merger complete. Klbrain (talk) 06:46, 31 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
