Notability

[edit]

There are several journals featured on wikipedia with lower Journal Ranking than Kriterion. Examples include Philosophia Christi, Philosophia Reformata och Augustinian Studies. Se this link. If these are notable, then Kriterion is notable.--Politikuserna (talk) 20:54, 8 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Okey, I see. But you link says that "if a journal is indexed in a selective database, or has an impact factor, this will be enough to establish notability". Kriterion is indexed in several selective databases as far as I understand!--Politikuserna (talk) 07:31, 9 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
  • SCImago is not equivalent to the IF and we don't add it to journal articles. However, if it is in SCImago, that means that it is also in Scopus and that fulfils WP:NJournals. I'll check this and add it with a reference to the article and then remove the tag. --Randykitty (talk) 10:18, 9 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
