A mess
[edit]This article is a mess of original research with no references. It should really be stubbified but I will see if there is any interest in improving it first. Flat Out let's discuss it 13:24, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
Offensive. Missing Needing Information.
[edit]The information added to this article puts the school in a dark-light, makes the school look seedy. There is no need absolutely to have the information regarding the teacher being struck off, or the other matter about funding. The previous layout with The House System, Uniform, Pupil Democracy, and so forth added to the school's information and gave wikireaders knowledge and an insight into the school itself; such information needs to be reinstated. If not surely other schools with House System sections must be removed also, along with the relevant Infobox just like this article has been. — Preceding unsigned comment added by AmazeMeGreat (talk • contribs) 15:19, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
- The information you are referring to was not from a reliable source. Flat Out let's discuss it 15:21, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
the school was seedy. when I was there in the 80s Mr happs and Mr young the head were wife swapping, having sex in school and setting pupils up for things they were inocent of.it was on the front page of the daily record news paper. I remember it clearly cause I delivered them a copy each left over from my paper round. in the 80s and 90s it was a dissasterous school most of the teachers were unfit to be near kids or Mr Iain mcmurdo 2.100.25.55 (talk) 03:33, 12 April 2021 (UTC)
Yes Understood.
[edit]However, the other information was left on the page: House System, Pupil Democracy, Kilwinning Academy Ambassadors Programme, etc. So this met the requirements? Then if so, why has it been omitted from the article - along with the Infobox? — Preceding unsigned comment added by AmazeMeGreat (talk • contribs) 15:24, 12 April 2014 (UTC)
- We can't put much stuff here that is sourced only from the school's own website or handbook. See WP:V for details. --John (talk) 22:18, 23 April 2014 (UTC)
