If one compares this article with ja:グラシア (鉄道車両), it's clearly visible that this is not complete information and misleading for a reader.
According a little bit of googling this PNR-train coming from Japan is a former so-called Joyful Train, composed of two modified 58-series cars and a 28-series car. It's a modified Kogane, which is a Gracia (rebuilt rolling stock in itself (2x58-series and a 28-series car).
