Word and etymology

These should be clearly defined, and in one place. As it stands, it says (nebulously) "literally denoting 'glory' or 'splendor'". (The word "literally" should probably not be used at all.) But then there's a large section "Etymology and related terms" that largely contradicts this. Piano non troppo (talk) 15:56, 20 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
