I would suggest the editors to avoid having a very restricted information on any subject, and massive edits of existing materials should normally be avoided. I also know Khajas are prepared in Kakinada area of Andhra Pradesh, but there it reached from Bihar when the Nandas disintegrated and fled to Andhra Pradesh. Khaja is also a title that is often used as a proper name in the Indian Sub-Conintent. The Name/Title Khaja comes from the Arabic "Kawaja" which in turn means foriegner or outsider. The Muslims who conqured India were often called Kawaja which became a family name/title. It is also used as the title for a village chief or a warlord/commanfer of a batalion of forces.
