This page should not be speedy deleted as an unambiguous copyright infringement, because it's a pivotal court case that needs a page. However, I did use the sentences another has placed on another Wikipedia page. Additionally, I used the wording from this page as well. I personally don't know much about the case besides the basics and I have a horrible way with words. Nonetheless, someone should put some content on the page and create a page about Keyes v. I noticed that this article was severely lacking in relevant information. Therefore, I am adding both a brief background section and a brief section regarding the holding of the case.
