Is it "Kathleen" (5 Google hits) or "Katherine" (466 Ghits)? It seems that Dr Okikiolu has gone by "Kate" (3080 Ghits) for some time: see for example Cambridge University list 1988 [1], Math Genealogy [2] or the faculty page at John Hopkins [3]. At ZMATH there are 7 papers by K. Okikiolu, 8 by Kate Okikiolu, and none by Kathleen or Katherine Okikiolu. In terms of sources, there are two Google books hits for Kathleen and six for Katherine (one of which refers to her as being born in Nigeria). It seems clear that the correct title for the article is Kate Okikiolu and rather likely that Kathleen is a mistake in the source. Deltahedron (talk) 19:31, 21 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
