Why should be the Prime Factors Kata bad practice??

"Mathematically oriented algorithms when evolved Test Driven, tends to be very crude and highly inefficient. The Prime Factors Kata by Robert C. Martin is a tremendous example of such a bad practice."

that's nonsense for this kata. the scope is another, it shows the basics of unit testing, test-driven development and regression testing - what it is and how you use it the right way ...
