At first I asked myself whether "city limits" was proper terminology, but I have verified that Delphos is a full city despite its population and size.

Although not a GA requirement, you might want to change [[Category:State highways in Kansas]] to [[Category:State highways in Kansas|041]] so that it will appear in the category in the same sort order as the other highways.
Is it factually accurate and verifiable?
