You didn't put Gran Zebrù between quotation marks ("Gran Zebrù"), so your query will also find results for different geographical objects as the Val Zebrù, the Monte Zebrù, and so on. Additionally, as you've already mentioned, your search results include many non-English books.

You get a much clearer picture by using the Google Ngram Viewer: [1]. If we check the results for English-language publications in the last quarter-century, we see that the German name seems more common (especially when also considering the spelling variant Königssspitze). --Mai-Sachme (talk) 13:46, 3 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]
