Joshua Tillman → Josh Tillman – links above FiccionesFicciones (talk) 18:45, 18 March 2017 (UTC)
- I mean, I'd much rather this be moved to Father John Misty, which seems much more like his common name over Joshua/Josh Tillman. Nohomersryan (talk) 01:32, 19 March 2017 (UTC)
- Does that fit? Father John Misty is only his current name. He previously known as J. Tillman. He also was Fleet Foxes drummer. Josh Tillman is the only name he's commonly been referred to since the start of his career. Will Oldham is example. FiccionesFicciones (talk) 03:21, 19 March 2017 (UTC)
- He commonly does go by Josh. He doesn't like using his full name because it is a reminder of his religious upbringing. I think it should be granted. As for changing it to Father John Misty, it is possible that he may "kill" that character soon, as he has mentioned in some recent interviews. Letsgetphysical5678 (talk) 04:35, 19 March 2017 (UTC)
- I think that settles it. FiccionesFicciones (talk) 18:17, 19 March 2017 (UTC)

- Support per what I said above. There was hesitance because there was an apparent belief this persona would be retired, but clearly that did not happen. Nohomersryan (talk) 04:30, 21 May 2020 (UTC)
- Support per nom.--Ortizesp (talk) 13:43, 21 May 2020 (UTC)
