  - (responding to ping) Joseph Henry Cotter does appear to a common name. Aside from the ref in the article cited above, also here and here and here(?). I don't see any evidence that just Joseph Cotter was widely used, although there's not that much out there. Station1 (talk) 23:52, 26 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Relisting comment: Relisting again to determine the destination title.
