COI on file, of course -- we're old friends and wrote a book together 30 years ago. I would not have submitted a draft about him except that it is weird for someone who is an ACM fellow, AAAI fellow, and Computers and Thought award winner to not have a Wikipedia page! I can easily add citations for his work on qualitative reasoning, truth-maintenance systems, and model-based diagnosis, I just want to check in to make sure that I'm doing the right thing by community standards. I'm about to accept this draft. The sources are primary, and don't therefore establish WP:GNG notability, but I think one or both of those fellowships probably satisfies WP:NACADEMIC #3.
