Removal of table
[edit]I originally removed the table of victims on 13 January for the following reasons "Tables are rarely to be used in articles and only done so when prose cannot adequately cover the topic. This is a poor example of where to use a table.". It has since been added back by @Ernio48: without rationale. I will use the talk page to further explain Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Tables. First of all listing such a tiny amount of information is prefered in list format rather than a table "If a list is simple, it is generally better to use one of the standard Wikipedia list formats instead of a table." Second of all prose is better than both "Prose is preferred in articles as prose allows the presentation of detail and clarification of context, in a way that a table may not." As it stands, the table is replicating the information already explained in the prose, so it is quite obvious that prose is suitable. If anyone thinks the table is important enough to sacrifice the flow of the article, then please post reasons in this section. Regards, Jolly Ω Janner 20:11, 13 January 2016 (UTC)
