Suggestions for improvement

[edit]

Is each fact referenced with an appropriate, reliable reference?
A lot of the statements within this article need to be backed by references. Specifically most of the things in the athletics, enrollment, and tuition sections.
Is any information out of date? Is anything missing that could be added?
The information on number of state championships under athletics is out of date, because Newman won a swimming championship in November 2016, so therefore they have 90 state championships. For academics, the number of AP classes available and the average SAT/ACT scores that the students receive could be added in order to give a clearer picture of the academics at Newman. New news about court case

[edit]

Newman agreed to a settlement regarding the Title IX court case against them. NOLA.com released an article about it, which seems to be the only source right now (link here). While I was the original editor who added the section last year, I don't feel comfortable now, as I have a conflict of interest in knowing the alumna personally. If any editor can add this new information (and change mine if found to be biased), it would be greatly appreciated. JungleEntity (talk) 00:06, 16 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
