Neutrality Dispute
[edit]I have noted that the neutrality of this article is in dispute, and upon reading the article as it stands, I tend to agree. What would be helpful however, is for the editor who tagged this article to provide a brief explanation of WHY it is disputed, what text, and suggest a few improvements. As this is a new documentary film, source references are few and far between. In the next few days, I'll try and mitigate some of the neutrality issues that I can see, as well as do some grammatical corrections. Edit Centric (talk) 10:54, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
- I've so far changed the "Censure" (incorrect word, the term is "censorship".) section to something more apropriate, still applicable, yet approaching neutral tones. Additionally, I've added source citations for filmmaker information that was missing before. Edit Centric (talk) 11:30, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
- Doing some more work on this one, I completely dumped the "Content" section due to a fierce bias and absolutely no sourcing. This alone should move the rest of the article into neutral territory...Edit Centric (talk) 18:45, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
- I added a criticism section, as there are reviews of the film available that question the overall premise of the film. The rest of the article still needs work to reduce POV, such as the presentation of "analysts" in the film as "leading experts".Jemiljan (talk) 21:26, 31 January 2011 (UTC)
- the article is clearly not neutral. it starts with the classification of the film as a "documentary film" and claiming that it would "explore", "discuss" and "document" something. this is a pretended "NPOV", a turning of a blind eye towards the bias of the film and it's makers. not in terms of wikipedia.--Severino (talk) 09:51, 12 February 2011 (UTC)

Article Link Issues
[edit]Another issue that was tagged is the lack of other articles that link to this one. Clarion Fund, the other documentaries produced by CF and Iran are some possible links that can be added...Edit Centric (talk) 11:33, 20 January 2011 (UTC)
A link was added to the Clarion Fund page. The film is new so it will take a while, but those are good suggestions Saalam123 (talk) —Preceding undated comment added 11:04, 23 January 2011 (UTC).
Screening date
[edit]According to the article the first screening was held Feb 2, 2011. How is that possible? Does Iran's nuclear program involve time travel, too?
"The premiere screening was held on February 2, 2011 at the University of Pennsylvania. It was introduced by R. James Woolsey, a former CIA director.[4]"

- Well if one stops to think about this, it is most probably a grammar mistake on the part of the editor. Simply needs fixed, and as far as I can see, that has been TKO already. Edit Centric (talk) 19:21, 24 January 2011 (UTC)
Coatrack
[edit]the criticism section is a coatrack for an apology for the film. it is suggestive that criticism comes mainly from the iranian regime. the "jay stone" comment is not a criticism but an apology for the film.--Severino (talk) 09:31, 12 February 2011 (UTC)
- also the controversy section consists of that coatrack. --Severino (talk) 09:36, 12 February 2011 (UTC)
