Country codes

Dear Sirs,What is the two letter country code for India in IPCC mark.Is India an IPCC member? 210.212.4.146 (talk) 05:40, 25 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I can't find a comprehensive list of the markings anywhere, is there one standard for the seal? I get that there are conventions for the Country code, but I have some boxes that say "HT BD" on the bottom, and I can't figure out what the "BD" stands for. I would love to help update and edit the page so others can figure out what the stamps mean.
