Just wanted to let everyone know the link (removed spam link -- can't spam to main article, don't spam to talk pages either, please) Herbert Mullins Prison Artwork leads directly to the scans of the artwork. Please check the links before editing. Scans are posted in the topics and can be enlarged for easier viewing. Thanks. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ghost tracker d (talkcontribs)

Part of the problem is that you have to register just to view the topic. Please link to the material directly, not to a message board. EVula 16:17, 14 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
I removed the spam link... DreamGuy 19:26, 14 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Uh, excuse me? Who exactly do you think you are "DreamGuy". This is a Wikipedia page, we do not censor things. The fact there was a great deal of controversy about his art alone is enough to include it in this article. But how DARE you delete a link to it in relation to discussion on improving this page. I am now searching for the art works and will directly link. You will be reported if you vandalise the talk pages again. 203.59.189.173 (talk) 16:14, 27 April 2010 (UTC) Sutter Cane[reply]

WikiProject class rating

[edit]

This article was automatically assessed because at least one article was rated and this bot brought all the other ratings up to at least that level. BetacommandBot 16:42, 27 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

What does this mean? It doesn't make sense to me. —LisaSmall T/C 05:08, 29 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Citations

[edit]

I put in several citations to a book by a former FBI agent, Robert K. Ressler. I'm troubled by the lack of cites for the other information, and by a single cite to a cafepress site which seems unreliable by Wiki standards, WP:RS. I hope whoever wrote the article initially will come back and drop in citations for the material I couldn't verify in Ressler's book. -- LisaSmall T/C 05:08, 29 November 2008 (UTC)[reply]

The material used from the blog site previously used as a reference was a cut & paste use of The Serial Killer Files, by Harold Schechter. I changed the reference to reflect the true source of the material.Tkotc (talk) 19:48, 16 May 2012 (UTC)[reply]
I have the book and have emended the cites as they were mostly inaccurate.--Phil of rel (talk) 10:34, 22 December 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Herbert has passed away.

[edit]

Emerson Murray, a man famous for his nonfiction books about serial killers, has confirmed that Herbert passed away in jail a few hours ago today. The California department of public Health called and told him, since he had been in contact with Herbert in the past for interviews for his book. 2601:1C2:1602:4F00:757C:843F:EE3A:560 (talk) 03:15, 19 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
