• I guess you couldn't find anything else on his early life like high school? The paragraph says he was born and then jumps straight to him receiving an elementary certificate.

  • To be honest, I don't know – according to the Senate website: "il obtient le brevet supérieur, après trois ans d'études à l'Institut Pierre de Luxembourg. [he obtained the higher certificate after three years of study at the Pierre Institute in Luxembourg.]" Not sure exactly what it means...
