Copyright status
[edit]Until 1978, unpublished works were perpetually protected by copyright law. So Hellfire Hotchkiss did not fall into the public domain prior to being published in 1967. The copyright term for works published in the U.S. between 1964 and 1978 is 95 years after date of publication. Thus Hellfire Hitchkiss will enter the public domain on January 1, 2063 at the earliest. Kaldari (talk) 08:31, 27 January 2012 (UTC)
