Virginia
[edit]To my knowledge and all I can read, the park does not manage any acreage in the state of Virginia, only Maryland and West Virginia...--MONGO 17:27, August 5, 2005 (UTC)
Wrong...there is a section of the state of Virginia that is within the acreage of the park...added link to map in external links.--MONGO 17:32, August 5, 2005 (UTC)
Understanding the Park vs. the Town
[edit]Is this park similar to Williamsburg, VA? The article says the park includes the town, does that mean all of it? How does this work? --174.147.126.56 (talk) 21:24, 28 August 2010 (UTC)
- It is sort of similar to Williamsburg, though much smaller. The park includes the majority of the town including what was the historical center of town which is now all park exhibits and areas of the town that were destroyed by floods, but there is part of the town (mostly residential) that is outside the park.
