Why use caps in the title of the article?

Why was this article changed from "Haqqani network" to "Haqqani Network"? The first four references do not use this convention, and the Haqqanis most likely did not give themselves that name.--RDavi404 (talk) 19:54, 4 November 2011 (UTC)

Apparently I moved this article incorrectly so I will be moving this to WP:RM/TR. Thanks, --RDavi404 (talk) 14:11, 5 September 2012 (UTC)

Haqqani networkHaqqani Network – This is a proper noun. Proper nouns are capitalized. Charles Essie (talk) 01:12, 28 January 2015 (UTC)

  • What about these sources:
There's more where these came from. Charles Essie (talk) 22:16, 24 February 2015 (UTC)
Indeed; and with my estimate of "about half lowercase in sources", I've no doubt I could find as many the other way. Some of these books perhaps. Dicklyon (talk) 23:38, 24 February 2015 (UTC)

Zar Ajam photo

User:210.2.177.244 insists on including a photo with Zar Ajam in the "Attacks" section. The caption of the photo does not include any information about how Zar Ajam is related to the Haqqani network. If the photo is relevant to the article, then I see no reason to prevent it from being used but the caption must make sense in the context of the article. Thank you.--RDavi404 (talk) 21:11, 14 September 2011 (UTC)

Photo of "Haqqani"

If a photo claimed to be of Jalaluddin Haqqani at the White House was later proved to be of someone else, I believe it is not worth mentioning on this page. It just seems out of context. Perhaps it would be appropriate on Jalaluddin Haqqani. If no one disapproves, I would like to remove the statement altogether.--RDavi404 (talk) 14:09, 20 October 2011 (UTC)

It Needs To Known That The Claim of Badruddin Haqqani's Death Was Backed By A Taliban Commander And A Relative

To claim that "the Taliban denied reports of death" is misleading. Not every Taliban commander who spoke with the press denied it.75.72.35.253 (talk) 17:00, 28 August 2012 (UTC)

The problem with your addition is not that it is factually incorrect but that it makes no sense and is messing up the reference formatting: "While his alleged death was backed a senior Taliban commander and one of his relatives, it was also denied by some other members of the Taliban as well." This statement does not form a coherent thought. Also, the references have been moved to the end of the sentence so they do not need to be duplicated within the very same sentence.
