Name change to HEMU-430X?

Can anyone explain more of the apparent name change of this train from HEMU-400X to HEMU-430X? If this name change is real (not a different train), then we should change the article name as well. —fudoreaper (talk) 10:30, 7 January 2013 (UTC)[reply]
