BLP and COI issues

This article cites almost zero sources, which goes completely against WP:BLP.

Additionally, looking through the edit history, quite a few of the major contributors to this article have only made edits to articles related to Slavonic. Paired with this edit by Jennifer.Bloomfield, which notes that it was made by the request of Slavonic himself, I suspect that most(if not all) of these editors may have conflicts of interest.

The only reason I'm not deleting all the unreferenced sections and potential COI edits is that it would effectively delete the entire article. I will simply add some more issue templates to the top of the article in the hopes that someone more competent at editing than me can come in and clean this up. Additionally, per Jennifer's talk page, they claim to have no personal relationship to Slavonic. However my suspicions about previous major contributors having COIs still stands LaffyTaffer (talk) 17:53, 8 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@LaffyTaffer I wanted to check with you about the tags. I am of course still in the process of adding sources, but I wanted to ask if I should leave the tags in the various sections for you to review to make sure the issues are resolved to satisfaction before removal, or should I remove them once sources have been cited as requested? I'll review the citations later on when I have the time, but I think it's reasonable to get rid of/adjust a lot of the maintenance tags I put in earlier considering a lot more of the article is sourced now. Great work cleaning things up! LaffyTaffer (talk) 03:53, 9 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
