My modifications

I've just edited the page yesterday as there some problems with privacy concerns.

The anonymous edit of 13/2/08 used many people's names ... it is probably not appropriate to do that, especially as there were no statements regarding permission. It's great that the anonymous editor was so positive, as a staff member, I appreciate it. I also arranged in a more? logical manner and fixed some typos.
