Matthew hk, you have moved this article from "Gong Hongjia" to "Kung Hung Ka". However a simple Google.com search (yes, other search engines are available) for each (both names in quotes as shown) gets 5,980 vs 177 hits. As this is English language Wikipedia, what is your rationale for moving the article? Also, for much of the content you have added, are you sure that English language sources do not exist, rather than the Chinese ones you have chosen? Edwardx (talk) 19:40, 20 April 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Kung Hung Ka is his official name in Hong Kong, while in mainland China they did not register romanization in official record, the de facto method would assume to render his romanizated name to "Gong Hongjia" which is very very common that Hong Kong people with Chinese origins (or Malaysian and Singaporean or Taiwanese) had a pretty much off name, compared to the name rendered by the "standard Chinese romanization". The name Kung Hung Ka was adopted by a secondary source of Hong Kong, as well as the primary source of Hikvision and other source. Much English source are the echo of Forbes and Wikipedia.
As he was an active investor of mainland China firm and probably lived in Hong Kong, i don't think there is much information in English. Just the same case with Liu Xiaomeng, all the English source seem just based on the person indirect share ownership and circle the reporting to their wealth, without much real in-depth coverage. Or in Kung's case, as an owner of Hikvision. Those Chinese magazine and newspaper article surround 龚虹嘉 at least had some information on his early career and more routine, list out some investment he made that eventually make him get richer.
