[edit]No, it didn't. In that case it would have been a Kitson-Meyer. A Golwé locomotive carries its fuel on the main frame, but its water on the rear bogie, with the water tank "embracing" the fuel bunker and the main frame's rear end. See Donald Binns, "Meyer Articulated Locomotives", Trackside Publications 1997, for drawings illustrating this design. I'll change the article with respect to this.
