Stajković & Sergent

OK, so it seems obvious to MrOllie and me that there is some self-citation WP:REFSPAM, or something like that, happening in Goal setting, Work motivation, and perhaps other articles by Ksergent527, Lungy17, Mpswedlund, and some IP addresses. (Did I forget anyone?) Now, I think that the new Routledge book by Alexander Stajković & Kayla Sergent, Cognitive Automation and Organizational Psychology (2019) is probably not such a bad reference, and is appropriate for this article; I even cleaned up some of your edits that included that book. The problem is that the book was just published this year, so it really does look like you all are refspamming Wikipedia with your new publications, and you all seem almost single-mindedly focused on inserting these Stajković & Sergent citations in multiple spots in multiple articles, and some of these edits were frankly not very well written either, or were copyright violations (i.e., were not "written" at all but just copied from the source). You also need to learn how to insert multiple references to the same book using named references in conjunction with the {{rp}} or {{r}} templates to specify different page number ranges. Could you all explain what you are trying to do here (beside advertise your new publications) so that we can suggest a way to do it that does not smell badly of refspamming?
