Contested deletion
[edit]This page should not be deleted because the subject and material is substantially different than the previous two deleted versions of this page — which are related in name only. The previously-deleted versions of "Global World Series" appear to refer to a proposed competition between MLB and NPB that was discussed around 2010. This page does not refer to that subject at all. Rather, it covers the international tournaments held between 1955 and 57 under the same name. Thus the WP:G4 rationale for speedy deletion is not applicable here. --Captain Parmenter (talk) 12:53, 2 August 2024 (UTC)
