Camp Site
[edit]This is usually spelt as one word: campsite. However, the only reference I have for The Shaws Camp Site has it as two. If you know that this is a typo in my reference and the site is actually called by the single word, then please correct it. Kingbird 21:21, 12 December 2006 (UTC)
Merge of Sussex East
[edit]This article is about a Guide County and is the only one. Guide Counties are not notable and independent sources are difficult to find or non-existent. The Scout Association County articles were merged into region articles and this article should also be merged. There is some material that could be included in the Guide Region article, although there is some purely advertising material that should be removed. Please comment below.
- Support as above. --Bduke (Discussion) 23:44, 9 January 2009 (UTC)
- Comment. I should have added that if it is not merged, it should be moved to Sussex East Guide County or similar. --Bduke (Discussion) 23:56, 9 January 2009 (UTC)
- Support as above. Comment. I am happy for it to be merged, I am fairly new to editing on Wikipedia. I want to improve and add to all the Girlguiding UK pages ahead of our centenary 2010. Would you be able to merge it for me? Or I can learn myself? --Claireyfairypink (Discussion) 22:40, 14 January 2009 (UTC)
- Thanks. I am rather busy at present, but I will get around to doing the merge and I will put on your talk page the exact steps that I took, so you can understand the process. Your sig above had an error in it. It looks as if you copied mine. That is fine but you made a mistake missing the "i" in your name for the talk page. I corrected it. You can make up a sig like mine in your preferences and then just adding ~~~~ will add it to your comments on talk pages. --Bduke (Discussion) 00:31, 15 January 2009 (UTC)

I have completed the merge and explained it in detail, at her request, on User talk:Claireyfairypink. --Bduke (Discussion) 22:33, 23 January 2009 (UTC)
Thank you for doing that, much appreciated. It looks really good. Claireyfairypink (talk) 21:47, 25 January 2009 (UTC)
Image copyright problem with File:Enfield District Scout Band.png
[edit]The image File:Enfield District Scout Band.png is used in this article under a claim of fair use, but it does not have an adequate explanation for why it meets the requirements for such images when used here. In particular, for each page the image is used on, it must have an explanation linking to that page which explains why it needs to be used on that page. Please check
- That there is a non-free use rationale on the image's description page for the use in this article.
- That this article is linked to from the image description page.
