Name & move

The article's titled "Gerald". He was born "Gerhart" - see the NYT ref - and went by "Gerry". I don't see any indication that he was commonly known as "Gerald" and so barring objections I intend to move the article to "Gerry", which is probably where it always should have been anyhow.
