Scientific Divisions?

[edit]

Do we think we need a detailed explanation of all the scientific divisions with their current leaders? I feel like this information could be better conveyed as a bullet point list, e.g.

Scientific Divisions/Organization

  • Oceans and Cryosphere - (brief description)
  • Modeling Systems - (brief description)

...or something similar. What are your thoughts? Efc7 (talk) 13:26, 23 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Urgent need for a history section

[edit]

This article would benefit greatly from a history section starting in the 1950s and dealing with the early personnel, goals at the time, press coverage, etc. Vaughan Pratt (talk) 04:11, 10 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
