The article has WP:PUFFERY language, such as "Under Genlin's unshakable push and drive, World Dog Alliance accomplished successes that are nothing short of staggering." That was followed by a list of alleged accomplishments that were sourced to news stories that did not mention the subject (neither Genlin, Peng Hongling, nor World Dog Alliance), many of which I removed. The list was the sort of thing you would see on the website of an advocacy organization crowing about legislative changes that align with their goals, implying they were the cause of said legislation, but which may or may not have even been influenced by that organization.
Without some source to back up extraordinary claims, such content needs to be removed, or the content rewritten to reduce the claims to what can be sourced.
