Composition

I really would like someone to answer the "verfication" tag left on the opening paragraph. Because what I've been told, the GAC's membership composition can literally be whoever the Member States wnat their representative to be. In most cases, it appears that it's the Member State's Foreign Minister, but this list of participants at a June 2024 meeting show that members don't even necessarily have to be national ministers. If anyone has sourcing that states eligibility for this particular committee of the Council of the EU, please post it. Criticalthinker (talk) 19:40, 14 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
