While there are adequate sources and information used in this page, there is much room to improve. Specifically in the “history” section, Gambrill State Park has a greater back story than what was stated in these few sentences. For example, who specifically was the family who had owned Gambrill prior to donating it? In addition to this, why did they find it important to donate this land? Maybe also include more visual aids, such as pictures of the overlooks or trails. Regarding the “amenities/activities” section, you could mention the Tea Room venue which is also in the park. One could even include information on the protected municipal watershed around the area as well. It may also be helpful to discuss the geology of the area and of the mountain; perhaps also explain the evolution of this mountain? For example, how Catocin Mt. is a part of the blue ridge of Maryland’s geographical sections.

It may also be informative to include information about the camp ground that is located in the park as well. All this said, the archive of all the trails is an excellent resource to have.

It may also be a good touch to discuss local folklore surrounding the area.
