The article on Fuji Xerox should be updated to indicate that in October 2006 a restructuring resulted in creation of Fujifilm Holdings Corporation with two peer subsidiaries: --Fujifilm Corporation (wholly owned by Fujifilm Holdings) --Fuji Xerox (75% owned by Fujifilm Holdings, 25% by Xerox Limited)

Fuji Xerox → Fujifilm Business Innovation – This is the case of the 'same company, but with a new name'. The Japanese Wikipedia already renamed their article. So, why can't we? - Comment: If I understand correctly, Fuji Xerox was a joint venture that has ceased to exist. Fujifilm Business Innovation is something different, not a continuation of the same joint venture. Also, please cite independent reliable sources. See also WP:DEFUNCTS. — BarrelProof (talk) 02:35, 30 April 2023 (UTC)
