Out of date?

I believe this article to be out date, as the article about Zhang Yesui describes him as the PRC's current Vice Foreign Minister. Additionally, the website of the PRC's Foreign Ministry describes several apparatchiki as Vice Foreign Minister, but does not mention Fu Ying. Doonagatha (talk) 05:41, 17 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
