Largest gross tonnage?
[edit]'The first ship of the class, Freedom of the Seas, was the largest passenger ship in the world, and the largest ever built in terms of passenger capacity and gross tonnage, when she was built.' I think it should be made clear that there are much larger ships in terms of gross tonnage, but that they are not passenger ships. The Batillus class supertankers had gross tonnage of 265,000 tons, for instance. 86.44.3.209 (talk) —Preceding undated comment was added at 11:15, 15 October 2008 (UTC).
Looks like an (unbuilt) Color Line ship is based on that [1]
