China lent money to help the Tongan people however never paid the Zillion dollars that the Zillionairess paid in 1978 to allow native people to still reside somewhere on Earth by residency visas and The Tongan King granting land use but is still the King of Tonga who gives land grants for their family and Native families based on their marriage.
