When did Atmore annex the land?

When I last worked on this article I marked it as being in an unincorporated area, but checking the 2020 Census block map of Atmore, Alabama proves this facility is in Atmore now. I need to check when Atmore annexed the land.

By census:

  • 2020 Census - Holman in Atmore
  • 2010 Census: Index Map: 1 (prison area), 2, 3, and 4
  • 2000 Census: Index and pages 1, 2, 3, and 4 - The prison area is not in the city limits. This means the annexation took place between 2000 and 2010.
  • 1990 Census: Index: Atmore is on page 13, detail E. Prisons are on page 8 (used page 7 to guide)
