Geometric dual?
[edit]What is the polyhedral dual of this? It is topologically self-dual, but there should be a geometric dual too! SockPuppetForTomruen (talk) 18:09, 1 September 2011 (UTC)
- Self also. 4 T C 12:00, 2 September 2011 (UTC)
- It's a bit more complicated than that. There are many stellations of the icosahedron sharing the same visible surface. The stellation discussed in this article is the self-dual one. Double sharp (talk) 07:25, 3 May 2012 (UTC)
Volume?
[edit]Does this thing have an unambiguous volume? The central triangle is not part of the faces, so I would find it strange if the icosahedral core were part of the volume. Watchduck (quack) 09:44, 18 September 2019 (UTC)
