- Fix the citation needed and weasel words tags
- Got them. GRAPPLE X 20:30, 27 August 2012 (UTC)

- That the song had a music video should be stated in "release", it comes out of nowhere in #Reception. Perhaps a description of the music video's plot/storyline (cited to the video) would be acceptable. Vevo could be linked, that wouldn't be a copyright violation.
- Added a bit. You mean a link in the external links, or in a reference? GRAPPLE X 20:30, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
- As a URL parameter in the reference, if possible. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 00:28, 28 August 2012 (UTC)

- Not sure if sources are available for this, but information on the meaning of the title and whatnot would be useful.
- Haven't seen anything other than the song's lyrics themselves; it's about a girl called Europa, and she and Dolby apparently played about as "the pirate twins" as children. GRAPPLE X 20:30, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
- Interesting, cuz it appears there is a comic book with the same name. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 00:28, 28 August 2012 (UTC)
- Odd. Related? GRAPPLE X 00:47, 28 August 2012 (UTC)
- Nothing I can find. Looks like the book was published in 1996. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 01:02, 28 August 2012 (UTC)
- That's pretty strange. Cool though. Looks incredibly 90s-ish. GRAPPLE X 01:05, 28 August 2012 (UTC)

- I'll try to see if I can dig up anymore sources, this is rather threadbare.
- This may have something useful.
- Unavailable for viewing here. :( GRAPPLE X 20:28, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
- Perhaps note that he was considered a "one-hit wonder"
- I can see a snippet of that; does it specify a country? He's not really considered a one-hit wonder on this side of the pond because of songs like this, "Windpower" or "Airwaves"; but if I believe North America only ever remembers "She Blinded Me with Science". GRAPPLE X 20:28, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
- Note that it was his first single with a major studio, from his first album?
- Can only see a snippet there, let me know if this diff is accurate. GRAPPLE X 20:28, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
- Note that it was released on his own label under Parlophone?
- Again I'm only seeing a snippet but that seems to say his own label was launched with "Airwaves", the next single after this one. GRAPPLE X 20:28, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
- "Eastern Bloc" is "surprisingly faithful"?
- Added this but the citation is pretty light given that a lot of info is missing from the entry there (issue, volume, date, author, etc). GRAPPLE X 20:28, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
- Yeah, they're all snippet view (eh, when you're desperate...). One-hit wonder in the US, right. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 23:18, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
- Worth adding, if it's only a regional thing? GRAPPLE X 23:47, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
- Might be, but I'll leave that to you. I only provided some suggestions. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 23:57, 27 August 2012 (UTC)
- Think I'll leave it then; it's not really a reflection on this song at all (might be worth adding to "She Blinded Me with Science" or the article on Dolby himself though). GRAPPLE X 00:00, 28 August 2012 (UTC)
Further discussion
[edit]- It's quite short but I've been unable to find any more info. As such, I am passing this. — Crisco 1492 (talk) 01:04, 28 August 2012 (UTC)
