– We see, according to SIMBAD, as well as Google Scholar results for Eta2 Hydri (its variants get literally zero results) and HD 11977. Therefore, this seems to be a time to go against the guideline (not policy) of WP:NCASTRO and move the article to the HD --Relisted. - Oppose - the great majority of star articles frustratingly use HD and HIP names, even for bright star - these are supremely unmemorable and inaccessible for the most part. Cas Liber (talk · contribs) 11:01, 27 February 2014 (UTC)
- Comment how do you get zero results from SIMBAD when the page on SIMBAD is called "eta02 Hyi" (Eta 2 Hydri) ? That's atleast 1 result. -- 70.50.151.11 (talk) 05:57, 28 February 2014 (UTC)
- I meant that I get zero Google Scholar hit results for any variation of the Bayer Designation other than "Eta2 Hydri". StringTheory11 (t • c) 06:45, 28 February 2014 (UTC)
- Strong support move of Eta2 Hydri b to HD 11977b (particularly since none of the referenced sources for that article use the designation "Eta2 Hydri b"), Neutral on move of Eta2 Hydri. 77.56.99.23 (talk) 22:20, 17 March 2014 (UTC)
