Abandoned?

[edit]

@Clarawolfe: Do you have a source for your recent addition? ---Another Believer (Talk) 14:11, 4 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Yah. My peepers looking across the river on Saturday 10/3/20, and a photo from Google maps confirming what I saw. The home was built in 1902, abandoned in the ‘30s, and has now fallen in. Clarawolfe (talk) 10:04, 6 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Clarawolfe, Sorry, Wikipedia relies on secondary journalistic coverage. ---Another Believer (Talk) 13:52, 6 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I will get in touch with The Nature Conservancy and see if they can’t direct me to a printed source confirmation. They manage the land. It’s a wildlife preserve. Would a confirmation from them (email) to me be sufficient? Or does it have to be a public document? Clarawolfe (talk) 23:03, 6 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Clarawolfe, Wikipedia relies on reliable sources such as newspapers, magazines, journals, and books. Sometimes organizational documents can be useful, or at least discussed here so editors can consider how to update the page. ---Another Believer (Talk) 00:52, 7 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I thank you. Clarawolfe (talk) 06:52, 7 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]
