This article should include a refernce to debate over who did world's first sucessful bone marrow transplant. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.200.117.246 (talk) 04:28, 20 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Unbelievable how bad this page is

[edit]

This profile is shameful. This man saved countless lives with his work, won a Nobel prize among countless other awards and recognitions and the only paragraph is disgustingly irrelevant to the good this man did. As one of the many people who would be dead if not for this man, I can tell you that his work saved lives!!! I am nearly 10 years out from AML and have many survivor friends who are the same or more. More people survive transplant than don’t today! This page needs major corrections https://www.fredhutch.org/en/news/center-news/2012/10/e-donnall-thomas-obituary.html

Here’s a start. The description of who this man was makes Wikipedia look like a joke. 2600:6C67:4340:1804:796D:2868:68A0:B15C (talk) 07:41, 15 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Do you have more reliable sources to suggest? Peaceray (talk) 16:17, 15 November 2024 (UTC)[reply]
