I started this page with the intention of continuing on to translate pages for many of the individual punk bands discussed. Since the page that I translated about the band Kikkerspuug was deleted due to lack of "notability," I've changed directions. I've linked band names to existing NLwiki pages in most cases. Sometimes I've linked band names to their pages on Discogs when that seemed better. For bands that had neither NLwiki pages or Discogs pages I've just used citations. I want to mention this history here, in case anyone (in the future) objects to those links. I would have liked this topical area to be more completely available in English on wikipedia, in particular given that most of Dutch punk has English-language lyrics. I've converted links to Discogs pages into citations. This results in lots of different citations to archived Discogs pages, which isn't particularly inelegant. However, the connection to Discogs for those bands seems important -- it takes some effort to find references to them or their output without such a citation/link. And these bands are significant to the history of Dutch punk, although individually they don't pass the current notability requirement for English-language wikipedia, so that Discogs is one of the rare objective records of their work.
