Considering that this is one of the most unknown bands in history, surely the chapter heading "Breakthrough and rise to success" was meant sarcastically, no?

Support redirect of Dozer to Bulldozer and creation of a Dozer (disambiguation) page containing the other uses. One additional comment I have is that it appears a histmerge will be required prior to the execution of this move, as in 2007 Dozer (band) was copy/paste moved to Dozer.
